Just in case you missed it, Serato has been very busy. with their upcoming release Serato DJ 1.8 they are introducing key detection.
What's even more interesting is the fact that with the latest version of Serato's Pitch N Time and Serato DJ 1.8 you will be able to use a new feature called key sync. This feature allows you to match the key of two songs. You will also be able to shift keys and if two tracks are key synced and you shift the key of one song, the other will automatically shift as well.

Now, even though Serato DJ 1.8 isn't officially out yet, Serato has announced a major collaboration for Serato DJ 1.9. The announcement was made during ADE 2015.
DJs will soon have access to unlimited downloads and offline storage, as well as streaming in Serato DJ in partnership with Pulselocker. This integration will soon allow DJs with a Pulselocker pro account to be able to search and stream music from Pulselocker's extensive catalogue within Serato DJ. Pulselocker also offers a unique "offline" storage feature where DJs can store an unlimited amount of Pulselocker music for playback without being online.
Subscribers will have access to around 44 million tracks from nearly 500,000 independent and major labels. Users will also get to trial it for free before deciding if they want to subscribe.
