What a great combination peanut butter and chocolate a crisp yet chewy cookie,
1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs room temperature
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream butter till smooth add peanut butter till all combined
Beat in granulated sugar and brown sugar till smooth and creamy
Add eggs one at a time till combined
Slowly add flour and baking soda till all combined and smooth
Add chocolate chips and stir
Place cookies 2' apart on a cookie sheet (ungreased)
Bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes
Bake till cookies have golden brown around the edges Don't over bake You don't want the tops to turn brown otherwise cookie will be to hard. Let hot cookies stay on pan for a few minutes then place on a cooling rack,
Make 36-48 cookies
