The gegenpress - or counter-press - as played by Liverpool FC under Jurgen Klopp, is my go-to system in Football Manager 2022, helping to dominate opponents at every level - from non-league to the Champions League. In this video I explore how to manage the system within matches to ensure your players avoid getting burnt-out before full-time, resulting in conceding late, sloppy goals.
