In this video you are recruited by BMC to do a test ride.....a 45min ride of truth!! If you pass the test you may be given a rookie pro contract by BMC. Put on this video when you are doing a turbo-training session or FTP test. Works like the awesome sufferfest series (but for free!!). 45min countdown includes 2mins warm-up and and 1min cool down. (Pause if you want to warm up for longer!).

Tips: Go at a pace you think you can only just maintain. Stay strong past 10mins, push at 15mins and start to wind it up with 2-3mins to go. Keep cadence in a range of 75-105. Keep in zone 4 or 5 ("at threshold")
