In the seventh round of the FIDE Grand Swiss 2023, Hikaru Nakamura faced off against Alexandr Predke. The game began routinely, but towards the end, Hikaru found himself with an extra rook. However, his opponent cleverly forced a move that led to a stalemate. As a result, the game ended in a draw, with Hikaru left with just a rook.
