Juicy grilled pork chops are a favourite of mine and I always get asked, how do you keep pork chops moist on the grill?
What is the secret to juicy pork chops and how long do you cook grilled pork chops for? I answer everyone the same way, grab a beer and light some charcoal and I’ll show you what is the best way to cooking pork chops to stop them drying out.
Start with a dry brine and then not over grilling them. You want some charring on them but leave them too long over the direct heat and they can tend to dry out.
As with all of my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

1 tablespoon of kosher salt
Seasoning ingredients:
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoons of coarsely cracked black pepper
½ teaspoon of granulated garlic
