The Sailing Adventures aboard Holoholo

We sail the Sea of Cortez in Mexico aboard our sailing vessel Holoholo. Join us as we share our ocean adventures.
We are two lesbian women who have refit our sailboat (mostly) ourselves. From diesel engine maintenance to electrical, plumbing, rigging, sail repair and most recently sailing without an engine, we are independent sailors. Rebels at heart, we hang with the do it yourselfers and the think for yourselfers. We don't like rules or being told what we can't do. We value community, right action and acceptance. We exchange labor, boat parts, and favors.
As vegan and vegetarian fresh produce is a highly sought commodity which we are willing to barter for wine, tequila, or beer.
We sail the ocean looking for dolphins, whales, sea life, spectacular sunsets and lonely anchorages to enjoy.
There is (almost) always something to fix, something to learn and new waters to explore.
This is a spiritual voyage as we are challenged in all ways possible.
