You don’t have to use your grill outside to make these chicken skewers, but you need to have a grill pan to get those nice grill marks. The teriyaki sauce is a little sweet with a hint of fresh garlic and ginger. I cooked the sauce first. Then, I used it as a marinade and reserved a couple of tablespoons to baste (or brush) on the chicken after cooking. This sauce is great with any meat you’d like to marinate. Let’s get cooking!
