What did Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar say?
Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar said that there will be 9 crore 63 lakh voters in Maharashtra. There are 5 crore male voters here. On the other hand, there are 1 crore 31 lakh male voters and 1 crore 29 lakh female voters in Jharkhand.
Rajiv said that there will be about 960 voters at every booth in Maharashtra. Votes will be cast at one lakh polling booths here. On the other hand, votes will be cast at 29 thousand 526 booths in Jharkhand. There will be 881 voters at every booth in Jharkhand.
