Speaker 1: Today in our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee we're gonna be test fitting the Titan chain snow tire chains with V bar links, part number TC2828. Today we're working with tire size 26560R18. These chains are made from low carbon steel, which makes them very durable. They have a latter pattern design. They also have these V bar links to them as well. Now, the latter pattern design will help out with effective starts and stops in the deeps snow and the V bar design here, that's gonna help with effective starts and stops in ice.

This will work for both front and rear wheel drive. They have a maximum speed rating of 30 miles per hour and come in a quantity of two.We went ahead and laid out the chains in front of the tire like you see here prior to installing it just to make sure there's no kinks in the lines before we install it. We'll take our chains and we'll drape them over our tire, making sure that they go on evenly. So, we'll come to the inside, take our hook end here and attach it to our links as far as we can. And then we'll come back around to the front and make our connection there.

Looks like we're gonna stick with our third link here. Bend it back. Make our connection point there.Now, you can still see that there's play in the chains here once I have them installed and that's when you get your aftermarket rubber tensioner that is recommended to be used with these chains. Today's we're using part number TCMA2. You'll find these on etrailer.com.
