Ready to launch new tower of Fairfox Eon with increased rate, says Bhupesh Nagarkoti, Senior VP, Faifox IT Infra. Speaking to Realty & More TV, Nagarkoti said the project was launched in January 2022 at Rs 2,000 per square feet. The Fairfox IT Infra Senior VP added that as the construction progressed, the rates kept on getting revised and the current selling price stands at Rs 5,600 per square. Nagarkoti disclosed that the price is going to be soon revised with a launch of a newTower – “We are going to launch the much awaited, premium Tower B on October 2, 2023 at a higher price”, added Nagarkoti.
