Welcome to a special episode of Headbanger's Kitchen with Jennifer Banz from the channel Low Carb With Jennifer. She's sharing an awesome recipe with us today for a Keto Crust less Pumpkin Pie. It's super easy and looks delicious.
This delicious pumpkin pie is perfectly keto and perfectly delicious. It is so easy with only 5 minutes prep time and you just bake and serve!
15 Ounces Pumpkin Puree
3 Egg, Beaten
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar Swerve
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 3/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
3/4 Cup Heavy cream
Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a pie plate well with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients well with a whisk.
Pour into the prepared pie plate and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until the pie is set. Remove from the oven and let sit for at least 1 hour.
Serve with whipped cream
Makes 6 servings Nutrition per serving (not including whipped cream): 161 calories / 15g fat / 7g carbs / 2g fiber/ 4g protein
