There are a few ways to rig and catch bonefish. One of the easiest way is using a shrimp rigged with a long shank j hook. I like to pinch the tail of the shrimp and thread the hook from the rear in the natural curve of the shrimp. Like threading a soft plastic. I then add a small split shot weight according to the water depth and wind. Its a great tool to sight cast bonefish on the flats or soak a bait for bonefish.
