The letter by the Jacob Zuma Foundation to Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has been deemed as an attack on the judiciary.
The foundation penned a scathing letter to the chairperson of the State capture commission accusing him of being obsessed with the former President.
On Monday, Deputy Chief Justice Zondo set down a non-negotiable ruling that Zuma should appear before the commission on the 16th to the 20th of November.
He announced that the inquiry does not negotiate dates with witnesses after the former president failed to appear this week.
