A traditional lion dance performance with six lion dancer teams was carried out by at the opening of a new property sales gallery at Taman Wahyu, Kuala Lumpur on the 1st September 2019 as a blessing for the new establishment. In the performance steeped in tradition, the ceremony began with cutting of the ribbon and taking selfies with the owners. After that carried they carried out the pomelo peeling tradition for good luck and fortune.

Then the lions proceed to enter the property to bless the interiors and their staff. Finally they performed the closing dance at the entrance to the sales gallery as a finale performance. The performance was carried out by the Fook Shuh Tong Temple (福壽堂) lion dance team of Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
