An exciting find has been unearthed at the site of Captain Cook's parent's home in Great Ayton, North Yorkshire. Contractors recently working on creating an outline of the Cook family cottage, which was located in this garden until it was moved stone by stone to Australia in 1934 have discovered some of the building's original foundations.
