Former IEBC chief executive officer, James Oswego, businessman Trevy Oyombra and former ECK officer, Hamida Ali Kibwana, were this morning arrested and presented to court by the Ethics and Anti corruption commission, on recommendation for prosecution by the Director of public prosecution.

The three were charged with various offenses including receiving a benefit.They denied charges and were freed on 1 million shillings bond each.

Ken Mijungu looks back at this case and reports that the three are not the only ones targeted for prosecution.
