Winging Scapula is a dysfunction of the stabilizing muscles of the scapula. This results in an imbalance and/or an irregular motion of the scapula. This is usually accompanied by your scapula sticking out, weakness, pain and/or clicking. This is a relatively common condition but should be looked at as it can lead to further rounding of the shoulders which can cause nerve and muscle pain.
