The Shivamogga Congress office was in absolute ruckus today. Supporters and opposers of MLA Prasanna Kumar engaged in a physical spat with each other over distribution of ticket from the party. While the MLA's supporters urged that their leader br given the ticket again, there was another group that opposed it.
