In this video we outline some of the principles for intubation and extubation of COVID 19 patients.
The aim was to highlight safe, familiar and reliable principles to show show a robust system from planning to execution.
This is by no means a protocol that must be followed rigidly, but a suggested system to train staff, minimise aerosolisation of covid particles and perform well in difficult situations
