Ingredients
Soup (about 5 servings):
2.5L Water
150g Large Niboshi
250g Small Niboshi
5g Konbu
10g Katsuobushi (thick cut)
10g Green Onion
1 Garlic clove (I forgot this)
Niboshi Aroma Oil
100g Lard (or Lard /vegetable oil blend)
15g Niboshi

This bowl of niboshi ramen was awesome and broke my slump of not so great ramen. However, I enjoy the taste of niboshi but if you’re not a fish person, this one might not be for you.
