Liberal Senator Alex Antic has pushed for a moratorium on gender transitions for kids under 18 to “allow children to mature”

The South Australian senator has put a bill before the Senate which seeks to place a complete prohibition on children under 18 being able to transition their gender.

The Australian Senate shot down the request by Mr Antic to have his bill referred to a Senate hearing.

“One thing you can be assured of in life is when people don’t want to talk about a subject, there is something to hide”

“Let’s talk about it ... and get the evidence from real medical professionals.

“Get them before the Australian people and let them see if they are comfortable with this.”
