I believe this is the MOST damage kitana can possibly do with 1 bar of meter.
You can also throw an upward fan at the very beginning of the combo to give you .1% extra damage but that only works on large hit box characters. Let me know if you can do this !

combo: J2, DB2, S4, DB2, delayed jump, J3, S4, DB1, B231, BF3
