Mogale City Local Municipality mayor Lucky Sele has accused the Water
and Sanitation Department of a 'witch-hunt' and them trying to
embarrass the city. The department had taken the municipality to court
to force it to deal with its broken wastewater treatment works. Sele
claims the department is trying to 'save face'.
