The Class 12 student from Jharkhand’s Dumka aspired to become a police officer. But her life was mercilessly snatched when Shahrukh, her alleged stalker, poured petrol on her from a distance and set her on fire. The incident happened on August 23.She was first admitted to Phulo Jhano Medical College and Hospital in Dumka in a critical condition with 90 per cent burn injuries and later referred to RIMS. She died on Sunday.
