In this video, I'm checking out an old school favorite called the Huron trail, in the Gatineau Park. This trail is also known as trail #3 and "Burma". This is NOT the typical boring gravel trail, it's just under 5km's of super flowy and scenic down country trail. The trail has tons of character and it's particularly good on a hardtail or ebike which allows one to maintain momentum on the undulating portions. I had not ridden this trail for many years so it was good to rip it again for 'ol time sake, and get some good qual video at the same time.
Directions:
The Huron trail can be accessed just off the trail #1 (Ridge road). You can drive up the Promenade du Lac-Fortune and park at the Keogan cabin parking lot area. OR if the park way is closed, just park at the bottom of camp fortune mountain @ P9 or P10 and ride up and back down the parkway when finished.
