Fish is a great source of protein, and salmon is a fish that all of the team enjoy. Here Hannah shows us how to make one of the favourites amongst the team, ginger and orange salmon.
Ingredients:
200g (7oz) Salmon filets/person
50g (2 oz) Ginger
Juice and zest of 1 1/2 oranges
50ml (1.75 floz / 1/2 cup) Olive oil
Pinch of salt
Squeeze of honey
Cook at 175 degrees C/350 degrees F
