The Alliance Los Angeles--the historic partnership between the 12 professional sports teams in Los Angeles and Orange County--recently celebrated its largest internship class yet. This summer, The Alliance placed interns with the LA Rams, Anaheim Ducks, LAFC, and the LA Sparks, providing students with tangible, firsthand experience within the professional sports industry. The LA84 Foundation is the legacy of the 1984 Summer Olympic Games. We are a nationally recognized leader advocating for the role sports plays in positive youth development. The LA84 Foundation established the Play Equity Fund, which is focused on bringing the transformational power of sport to all children, regardless of their race, gender, zip code or socioeconomic status.
