Burris now has a high-magnification First Focal Plane Scope suitable for long-range competition. With a 34mm main tube, the 8-40 XTR-II has 70 MOA of elevation, with 1/8th-MOA clicks. The reticle has MOA-based hash marks with hold-over points on the vertical cross-hair. At $1199.00 msrp, this scope is a good value compared to other high-magnification scopes offered with a no-BS lifetime warranty. New for 2014, this scope should be available by late March 2014.
