ABOUT THE MOTION: This House Believes We Were Right To Leave The EU
With Brexit looming, or having been achieved depending on whom you ask, the Union hosts a debate on whether this course of action was the correct one. Will the benefits outweigh the costs, or are there any benefits at all? How will the future generations perceive this collosal leaving? With praise and affection or sorrow and despair?

The Rt. Hon Gisela Stuart was the Labour MP for Birmingham Edgbaston from 1997-2015 and chaired the official Vote Leave campaign in 2016. She is the Chair of Woolton Park, a foreign policy think-tank.
