Taurus Firearms - 738 TCP Series Pistol Disassembly Instructions.
ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FIREARM IS SAFE!
Follow these simple steps when disassembling semi automatic pistols:
1. Remove the firearm from the box and point in a safe direction.
2. Remove the magazine and set aside.
3. Pull the slide back and lock the slide in the open position.
4. Once the slide is locked in the open position, CHECK and MAKE SURE that the chamber is clear by
visually looking at the inside the firearm from the ejection port of the firearm into the chamber.

Taurus Pistols are manufactured to perform properly with the original parts as designed.
It is your duty to make sure any parts you buy are installed correctly and that neither replacements
nor originals are altered or changed.
Your firearm is a simple tool but it has many parts that must relate correctly to other parts.

Always have a qualified gunsmith work on your firearm.
