The Golden Apple Awards for Excellence in Teaching is an event that celebrates the outstanding work of public and private school teachers in the Cayman Islands.
The 2018 ceremony took place on Saturday, May 26 at the Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman and was run in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports, Agriculture & Lands.
A dozen educators were recognised for their achievements and contributions to the local education system.
