If the meeting can be an email - send the email

If the email can be a text - send the text

Time is finite - stop wasting your staff's time

Now - if the meeting has to happen - respect people's time and have the meeting:

1. Start and end on time
2. Stay on task/agenda
3. Let people feel safe/able to contribute
