Engines lose compression over time. Not in just a minute or two unless something catostrophic happens. Luckily for this guy it was a quick fix and it didn't hurt his wallet. Nice machine but needs a carb kit soon. Fuel is running out of the carb a little from a stuck metering diaphragm. Hmmm, maybe a full rebuild and cold start video in our future? 406 subs now.
