The opposition is moving to bring a resolution for impeachment of the Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar. The opposition have alleged that the Vice President has been using his position to push the agenda of the Govt and curtail the opposition. The constitution has envisaged that the Vice President is to be neutral. We try to look into the powers of the Vice President, qualifications and how he can be removed by the Parliament.
