This recipe will make 2 2lb(900g) loaves or 10 large buns, or even 1 loaf and 5 buns, of wonderfully soft and fluffy bread. Perfect for sandwiches, for hamburgers, for salad rolls etc. Best made in a stand mixer since there is a lot of kneading, but the result is perfection.
