American pro eater Randy Santel versus Traveler's 6lb "Smokehouse" BBQ Loaded Nachos Challenge hosted by Travelers BBQ and Catering in Lexington, Tennessee!! A few days after finishing up my final class to earn my Master's Degree in Dietetics from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and before leaving with @KatinaEatsKilos on our end-of-the-year holiday travels to see our families and celebrate Christmas and some birthdays, I headed west from Nashville to the Jackson, Tennessee area so I could attempt two huge and delicious restaurant food eating challenges. For challenge #1 I stopped at Traveler's BBQ and Catering in Lexington, Tennessee so I could attempt their 6lb "Smokehouse" BBQ Loaded Nachos Challenge which had only been beaten by my competitive eating friend Brandon @DaGarbageDisposal Clark in just under 20 minutes!! Sixteen people had tried and failed, which meant that over 94% of people fail this loaded mountain of nachos challenge!! There is a half of a bag of nacho chips on the bottom and those are all topped with homemade baked beans, 1lb of Traveler's Tennessee (Memphis) style bbq pulled pork, 1/2 pound of Traveler's Texas-style beef brisket, nacho cheese sauce, pickled jalapenos, creamy coleslaw, and their signature barbecue sauce. The bbq challenge includes a 1/2 rack of Kansas City style barbecue pork ribs and everything must be finished within the 30 minute time limit to win the $46 meal free plus a spot on the "Smoke House" Challenge Wall of Fame!! BIG thanks to Shay, Sutter, and everyone with Traveler's BBQ and Catering in Lexington, Tennessee for the wonderful food, drinks, banana pudding dessert, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all my friends who came up that Thursday evening to watch and meet me!! I appreciate everyone in the Lexington / Jackson area and all around Tennessee who watches videos and supports our hard efforts!!
