Police Record Application


Requirements:


• Payment receipt (pay for record at any Tax Office)
• TRN*
• Valid identification (Driver’s licence, National ID or Passport).
• Two passport size photographs.


Application:


• Bring all the above documents to one of the four following locations where you will be interviewed and fingerprinted:


Criminal Records Office

*If you do not have a TRN, payment must be made at the Jamaica Constabulary Force Finance Branch, Ground Floor, NCB North Tower, 2 Oxford Road, Kingston 5, then the receipt and documents taken to the Criminal Records Office.
