The value of this 30-45 minute awareness presentation includes creating consciousness about the impact of institutional racism in systems and the work needed to create racial parity. As a result of this presentation, participants will receive rules for engaging in antiracism conversations, develop their racial narrative and explore how to prioritize initiatives within their organization to build racial equity.
