Battery I'm charging is on a 2000 3.0L V-6 Ford Ranger. It was at around 10.40-volts & not starting. After 10 hours of charging the battery gained about 2.5-volts & had enough charge to turn-over & start-up the truck. You can charge any size battery, over the recommened max 30-amp-size battery; it'll just take a while.
Backstory: Truck was left undriven for a week or more at times & the battery wouldn't hold a charge after a while. Firestone had installed the wrong battery, as well (Group 65, I think, but was supposed to be a Group 58-2). They warrantied it out & I received a new battery at no charge (DieHard Silver) except for a $5 fee. But I will be using this Noco Genius1 as a trickle charger to keep the battery topped-up & charged, especially if it's not being driven regularly at times & when in extreme temperatures.
