I am at Harbourfront Singapore Cruise Center. I start at the bagdrop area, and take a slow walk to the check-in/boarding level. Plenty of shops here. This cruise center serves smaller ships. It is also a Ferry terminal, with many ferries to nearby islands (e.g. Batam, Indonesia). Enjoy Singapore!
