Today I'm bringing you 3 delicious recipes using a church cookbook from the church I went to as a kid and we have our reunion there every year so it's very special to me! Also I'm using a recipe from my Aunt Pearl and my cousins Regina and Tina! These are very easy to make but so delicious!

Pearl's Saturday Meatloaf 2 Tbsp onion finely chopped 1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 Eggs beaten 1 Tsp salt
3/4 c milk 1/2 Tsp chili powder
2/3 c dried bread crumbs dash of pepper
Combine eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, chili powder, and pepper. Add ground beef and mix well. Pat mixture into pan Bake at 350 for 60 minutes
Topping
1/4 c hot ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 Tsp dry mustard
Mix together and add to meatloaf and bake for another 10 minutes.
Zucchini squares 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
4 well beaten eggs 1/2 Tsp Oregano
1 c Bisquick 1 Stick butter melted
1 large onion chopped 3 C Thinly sliced zucchini
2/3 C Parmesan Cheese
Mix eggs, Bisquick, onion and cheese. Add in the garlic powder, oregano and melted butter. Fold in the sliced zucchini and blend well. Pour into a well greased 9x9 square pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
Hashbrown Casserole
2 Lbs Frozen hashbrowns 1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 cup butter melted 2 C grated cheddar cheese
2 Cans cream of chicken soup Salt and pepper to taste
1 pint sour cream
Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 dish. Mix all ingredients together and place in prepared pan Bake 45 minutes or until brown on top
