今天带带你们看看这个位于Cheras的showroom
以下是分析三个好处与三个坏处
*纯属自己的看法与想法，没有针对什么

好处：
1️⃣ - Freehold
在Cheras区要找Freehold的公寓低密度好像有点难？！
而且这个公寓可以说是低价格得到Freehold，而且还是在cheras
也是大layout，也很难在旺区找到便宜的公寓了

2️⃣ - 智慧型系统
这里不需要担心进出问题了，也不用烦恼access card scan不到的问题
系统类似于Sunway Pyramid的一样，进出只是scan车牌即可
听说还有半智慧系统哦，更加劲爆的是还有高级家私哦

3️⃣ - 方便/设施
首先先讲公共设施拥有100千的平方尺，让你吸收新鲜空气都容易多了
接着就是Speed Ramp啦，不用转到头晕就可以到达你的车位了
最后就是去哪里都方便，两大知名国际学校都在附近，高速公路也有4-5条无论你要去KL city，Bukit Jalil，还是要Ampang/Setapak都有高速公路直接到达
还有的是大大间的shopping都在附近哦，Eko Cheras/the mines/Aeon，还是想去康乐夜市都不成问题

坏处：
1️⃣ - 塞车？！
Cheras嘛，最出名就是塞车的问题咯，上班下班上学放学，都是塞车的问题
但是想要快点到家的话就走高速公路，付钱的公路就是快，但是偶尔也是会塞车下下
因为付钱的公路有时候比较少人走

2️⃣ - 较久完工
这是我认为会比较久才可以拿到钥匙，所以对于要急着搬进去入住的人就不太适合
需要2028年才完工，才觉得这算是一个坏处，但是也不是多大问题，买家不是买菜

3️⃣ - 找不出第三个坏处了

Good of 3 :
1️⃣ - Freehold
In Cheras Area get Freehold low density I think a bit hard. ?!
And also this Condo using Low Price to get Freehold and Big layout
And And And at Cheras this Connected in all directions

2️⃣ - Smart System
Now here don’t Worry your access card cant scan
Same like Sunway Pyramid entry scan your car plate
And also have semi-smart features, and branded furniture

3️⃣ - accessibility / facility
First this Condo have 100,000 sqft facility, let you everyday can get fresh airness
Coming next is Speed Ramp, no need round and round and straight to your parking
Last is here have international School nearby
And Also have 4-5 Highway nearby even need going KL City / Bukit Jalil or Ampang / Setapak can direct using Highway reach
And have Shopping nearby like Aeon, Eko Cheras, The Mines

Bad of 3 :
1️⃣ - Traffic Jam ?!
Here is Cheras right ? Everyday Jam Jam Area, whatever go work or school
But need faster go back home just using Highway, Highway is less traffic Jam

2️⃣ - too late Completion
This Condo Completion at year 2028, If you need faster to move in this Condo not suitable for you
But if you can waiting this is good for you, low price low density good facility

3️⃣ - Can’t Find more bad for this Condo
If you have this this condo bad thing I haven’t write down
