Harvey Weinstein's lawyers said Thursday they were disappointed that his sexual assault case had not been dismissed and a pre-trial hearing was ordered.
A judge ruled the case would move forward, despite his lawyers saying the case had devolved into chaos.
Weinstein is charged with sexually assaulting two women, one in March 2013 and another in 2006. He denies all allegations.
