Almost the entire Singapore economy could reopen before the end of June. Restrictions will be relaxed on social interactions only if transmission rates remain low. The decision whether to move to Phase 2 in a staggered roadmap will be made by the middle of the month, two weeks after the country reopens on Jun 2.
