This is another restorative practice where you will use a lot of props (if available) which we use to support the body to slow down and relax. This is a restorative yin yoga practice to unwind, relax, release stress and tension and most importantly recover from this weeks practice. Remember to stay with the breath and treat each pose as a meditation.
