These green bites are healthy and super delicious!
Matcha has a lot of amazing benefits to name just a few:
•matcha is packed with antioxidants
• matcha boosts metabolism & burns fat
•matcha provides us with vitamin C, zine & magnesium
Recipe & instructions:
•1/2 cup pitted medjool dates
•1/2 cup cashew nuts
•1/4 cup pistacchios
•1/2 cup desiccated coconut
•1/2 avocado
•1 tbsp matcha powder
•zest from 1/2 lemon
•1 tbsp coconut oil
•some hemp seeds
How to:
Blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender. Roll in to balls and roll in some topping like shredded coconut. Store in the fridge & most importantly, ENJOY💚
