Cake Batter
1 tbsp Butter or coconut oil
1 med egg
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp Almond or coconut powder
No need to add sweetner
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix all the ingredients and microwave for 1 min

Chocolate ganache
1/4 cup (55gm) sugar free chocolate
3 tbsp almond or coconut milk
Microwave for 1 min
Add the garnache on top of the cake
Freeze for 15

Top layer
1/3 cup (40gm) Sugarfree chocolate
1 tbsp butter or oil
Melt it in microwave
Add on top of the chilled garnache
Freeze for 15 min
Ready to eat
