I noticed this while playing yesterday and it surprised the hell out of me so I made a video about it. Placing foundations while holding CTRL down, you can now rotate to any angle and run the foundation down the angle in 1 meter increments.

I haven't heard mention of this and I don't remember seeing it in the patch notes so I am posting it here.
