With a a few weeks (at least) of quarantine left, the importance for each of us to take care of ourselves continues. Being quarantined due to coronavirus means being alone, having less to do and more to think about. I get it, it's not easy. I myself have felt the waves of all of the emotional weight that comes with this time.
So, to hopefully help any of you who are also struggling, here's a video filled with things I've found have been working for me when it comes to taking care of my mental and physical health throughout Covid-19. From keeping a schedule to learning to recognize your emotions, I'll walk you through the things that have kept me going.
I know this is a weird time, but I also know that there is a lot of beauty taking place all around us right now so I pray these tips help you focus only on the good. We're in this together, everyone.
